30-Day Return Window

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jane product.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team via email or the contact form to initiate your return
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, but free shipping orders have no shipping costs to deduct.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Sealed items (such as mattresses) can only be returned if the seal is intact
• Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer
• Defective or damaged items are covered by our warranty and free return shipping
